This product is made with glitter, epoxy resin, vinyl letters, and a thin layer of UV resin to secure the custom name. It will also include a key ring in your choice of silver, gold, or black metal.
As these are 100% custom/handmade products, we do NOT accept returns or refunds. If there is anything wrong with the products that you have ordered, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you. Please note that this does not include normal wear and tear on the product, these are durable but not indestructible.

Since each product is handmade there may be slight variations between tags as no two tags can be exactly alike, but we do everything we can to make sure tags stay consistent. Due to the nature of this product sometimes small imperfections, such as bubbles, may be present but we do our best to eliminate these imperfections.
These products are not designed to be chewed, eaten or played with by your pet, so we encourage that proper care is taken. Proper care includes making sure the tag is affixed to the collar high enough that your pet cannot reach the product. If your pet is an advid chewer, we DO NOT recommend these products. *Please note, products are made with epoxy resin, which can be considered toxic if ingested.
